VCO for very low supply voltages downto 120mV and reciprocal frequency response using only 5 components
A VCO for a wide frequency range and very low supply voltage can be built with only 5
components, including 2 vintage germanium transistors. The circuit operates
at a voltage Vb as low as 120 mV. The output frequency (Out) increases with decreasing
supply voltage and decreases with increasing supply voltage.
